After you finished downloading Evasion 7 1.0.5, open it and plug in your iDevice to your computer (you should backup your device via iTunes in case something goes wrong with the process).
Steps:
1. click on jailbreak
2. slide to unlock your device when Evasi0n tells you to do so.
3. Tap on Evasi0n icon on your iPhone home screen.
4. Click on Done when Evasi0n finishes the jailbreak process.
5. Slide to unlock your device, you should see Cydia on your home screen now.

Please note for Mac users:
If you cannot open Evasi0n after downloading it, please go to System Preferences/Security & Privacy/General. Now unlock and change from Mac App Store to Anywhere under Allow apps downloaded from. You should be able to open Evasi0n now.
