iOS 6 is compatible with iPhone 3GS, 4, 4S, and 5. Please choose the download accordingly. For example, if you have a iPhone 4s, you should follow the step:

• under iDevice, choose iPhone
• under Model, choose 4[S]
• under ios version, choose 6.0.0
• then click on Download

• iPhone 5 = 983MB
• iPhone 4s = 913MB
• iPhone 4 = 887MB
• iPhone 3GS = 780MB

You also need to download iTune 10.7 which is the most updated one as of today.
